Ever since the election I have read nothing but hateful blogs from the left calling Republicans bigoted. But looking at these I wonder who the bigots REALLY are? Do they hate Dr. Rice because she works for Bush, or do they hate her because she is a successful, inteligent woman? Or maybe…do they hate her because she is both of these and that is supposed to be unacceptable?
What I don’t understand is, how do you people on the left accept this? How can you allow yourselves to be linked to these people? Why are you not crying out in outrage? I would love to get an answer on this! In my opinion it is unacceptable!

Mosques are Fair Game

November 16th, 2004 by drg
Ruins of Monte Cassino shortly after the attack
Some in the liberal media are quoting the Geneva Convention to argue that attacking religious buildings or places of worship are off-limits. What they fail to mention is that once those structures are “militarized” they lose their protection under the convention.
Case in point: During World War II, in which the same rules of the Convention applied, the German Army occupied the Benedictine Abbey atop Monte Cassino in Italy. This position gave the Wehrmacht a strategic position in which they could see allied troop movements in the valley below. Artillery fire that was called atop the mountain led to the deaths of thousands of American, British and Polish troops. Realizing this, the allied forces destroyed the abey – a christian monestary! It was not because we were anti-christian (which is the absurd excuse the left uses to attack coalition doctrine regarding Mosques), it was simply war. The Italian Campaign would have cost the lives of thousands of more allied soldiers had the abbey not been leveled.
So, the next time you here squirmy liberals whine about Mosques – think about Monte Cassino. If you militarize it – it’s fair game.

A crying shame
I think it’s sad that so many of the librals I talk to still don’t get it! This election did nothing but make them believe even more that they are right, or enlightened or just plain better than everyone else even more than they did before. They still see the conservatives as this mysterious little group of crazies that somehow managed to get 50 million plus voters to the polls on Tuesday. Well guess what people? It’s just not true! I am confident that had the shoe been on the other foot I would be able to accept that more people think like they do than like I do. Why can’t they accept defeat? They need to get off their high horse and realize they don’t think for the rest of the country, nor do they speak for us. We have our own voice and its ringing loud and clear!

Drudge Report
The Drudge Report is calling the election for President George W. Bush.
Mission Accomplished!
Well it is pretty clear that President George W. Bush has been re-elected. Of course, FJRP had already called this re-election, so we were not worried about it. Even after all of the people who questioned my certainty about President Bush being re-elected, he was infact re-elected with no problems.
I’m pretty happy the way this election turned out. We picked up more seats in the house and the senate. Senator Daschle seems to have lost his seat to the GOP, which is great news, I couldn’t wait to get rid of him.
All in all, it was what I expected.
The real question now is what to do with this site?
Proud to be an Ohioan!
I am proud to be one of the 2,796,147 Ohian voters who sent George W Bush back to the white house for four more years! I am also thrilled beyond words to see that America is more moraly conservative than anyone would have guessed!
